I went to Balboa restaurant and lounge on a weekday. The food was and service were great. However, the food and drinks are over priced. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lounge is very cozy and not too crowded. I will definitely be visiting this place again...well, at least the lounge.
Pros: Excellent Staff, Lounge
Cons: Small dining area, Over priced
