Every day for 40 days before her wedding, the bride-to-be was given a luxurious skin treatment that this namesake spa specializes in today.

The Services
Barbra Streisand loves the Balinese hot stone therapy, performed with heated rocks and scented oils. Catherine Zeta-Jones stopped in before the Oscars to partake in the microdermabrasion, which uses fine crystals to give skin that ultimate glow. Many unusual massages, scrubs and facials are available at this welcoming salon. You can also throw a private party or reserve the place for a special event.

Excellent Hot Stone Massage

This was the best massage treatment that I have had in years. The booking desk was so polite and helpful when I kept them on the phone for a long time deciding on what treatment to get. I decided on the Bali Hot Stone Therapy which I have actually had one other time at a spa in Palm Springs. I couldn't believe how exceptional the touch of Lulur's massage therapist (Maria) was. She has such a healing intuition and was able to really give me a deep tissue experience with the stones. When I left I had more motion in my neck than I have had in the last 2 years. I have already made my next appointment.

• Pros: skilled body workers, friendly staff, beautiful & clean
• Cons: kind of hard to find

A 5 STAR BALINESE EXPERIENCE

Had the MOST INCREDIBLE and decadent spa treatment here before my wedding. An hour and a half of organic scrubbing, yogurt being massaged into my skin. Then a warm vichy shower followed by the most amazing massage I have ever had by Maria using this Jasmin Frangipani flower oil. I left feeling like velvet and smelling like a flower. At my wedding, I made everyone smell my delicious glowing skin. Plus the woman at the desk could not have been more helpful and gracious.

• Pros: Validate Parking, Comp Food & Beverages, Excellent staff
• Cons: Hidden in courtyard, Kinda Pricey!

unbelievably.......

Rude! I had a horrible experience at this (celeb favorite spa???) the staff spoke about me as if I was not in the room. I arrived 5 minutes late for my massage so the masseuse decided to go out to lunch instead of cutting the massage 5 minutes short and then refused to refund my money. I do not reccomend this sterile, unwelcoming, uncomfortable spa the looks like a doctor's office.
