The dining rooms are comfortable, the pace is brisk, and servers are congenial and efficient. This is a great spot for families and groups. If you're on the run, opt for takeout or delivery. Geared toward American palates, this Thai food is fresh, satisfying and not too spicy.

Bland and boring

This is one of those typical Westside Thai food restaurants. I've been to three Thai Dishes in the Westside and they are all the same: bland and boring food. Their food is very americanized which means it's very bland. You can tell by the ingredients they use, that this is not authentic thai food. I was amazed at my coworker's dishes. They didn't really enjoy their food. One person ordered pad see ewe and it had regular brocolli in it......enough said.

Good, cheap Thai

Since the closing of Thai Thai BBQ, this is really the only Thai restaurant within walking distance of the movie theater downtown. Their soups are excellent and their Pad Thai's very good. Their angel wing chicken was one of the better ones I'd tried. When I can't make it up to Natalee or Emerald, Thai Dishes does the trick.

If you're looking for absolute authentic Thai food, then go up on Hollywood Bl. east of Western and take your pick. This is some of the best tasting and well prepared Thai food you'll find anywhere. The Silver Noodle salad and the Roasted Duck salad are two of the best. The Pad Kee Mow is always a treat. If you're looking for good curry, look no farther. All in all a great meal.

Full of Flavor

I grew up on Thai food all my life and I still can't get enough of it. Thai Dishes serves up the most flavorful Thai food in town and doesn't put a dent in your wallet either. It reminds me of my mom's home style cooking. I love their Thai iced tea and curry dishes. The waitresses are humble and gracious. It has become a regular eatery for my husband and I. If you love Thai food at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.
