Gem of an Office

This is an awesome place when looking to get hip new glasses.

I happened upon this little gem of an office by accident when I was getting a coffee across the street. I had been looking for a new pair of glasses but nothing has caught my eye so I figured I would walk in and see what they had. I was very surprised by their selection. They had brand names such as Versace, Bvlgari, Gucci, Fred and Tom Ford and so many others. They seemed to have glasses in all price ranges, something for everyone. They also have a large selection of sunglasses including Dolce and Gabbana, Juicy Couture, Prada, and Christian Dior. The office is very comfortable and they seem to be quite busy.

I ended up having an eye examination although I did not have an appointment. The optometrist was very helpful and so is the rest of the staff. I also got contact lenses which they had in stock which was very convenient. To top it all off they took my insurance VSP. I will definitely go back to Dr. Friedman's office.

Dr Levin is Wonderful

I would highly recommend Dr Levin. For the past few years my husband and I have been going to him and he is by far the most thorough optometrist we have been to. He really takes the time to make sure you have the correct prescription. He fitted my husband with bifocal contact lenses and because they were going to take a week to get in he gave some free lenses to him so he could see in the meantime. I also suffer from eye allergies and on more than one occasion I have called the office and Dr Levin always takes me the same day when I am having terrible eye irritation just to make sure I am okay. He is also very funny and personable.

Dr Friedman Culver City

I work at Sony Studio right across the street from Dr. Friedman's office. I knew they were there because they have been doing Sony Health Fairs for years. I just needed new lenses for my glasses and I was extremely impressed with their quick and excellent quality of service. The staff is very outgoing, friendly and conscientious. Because they took such great care of me I decided to transfer all my records from my Optometrist in Beverly Hills to Dr. Friedman's office. I have not yet seen the eye doctor but I plan to make an appointment for myself, my wife and our son.

A Great Find

Dr. Friedman's office is great. I saw Dr. Levin he gave me a super detailed exam and answered all my questions. The whole staff is friendly, the optician who helped me was very knowledgeable and recommended a very thin lens with a special coaing to cut glare. I could not be happier with their service. You cannot go wrong at this office. I thought the prices were reasonalbe to.

I've been a patient at Dr Friedmans office for several years now. Their service has always been perfect and their prices have always been reasonable. My last exam I saw Dr. Wu. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr Friedman's office it GREAT!! Dr. Levin has examined my eyes for the last seven years for contacts and I have always been extremely satisfied. He is very patient, has a great personality and truly cares about his patients and their vision. Every year he educates me on the latest in contacts and has always been very honest and sincere without ever giving me something I don't need. I recommend him whole heartedly to anyone looking for an excellent optometrist.

The first time I went to Dr Friedman's office I was 16. I needed to get my eyes examined for my drivers license. My parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles have all been patients at Dr Friedman's office for as long as I can remember. Without giving away my age let's just say I have been coming here forever. My parents used to have Medi-cal and I will never forget the way they were treated. With dignity and respect. We have all been off medi-cal now for years but we would never go anywhere else for our eyecare. Dr Friedman's office always did us right and they truely give exceptional service.

They Take Their Time and Prescribe Perfectly!!

Dr Friedman's office was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I saw Dr. Levin who is an excellent doctor. His exam was extremely thorough which I really value because I have terrible eye sight. He used a lot of trial contact lenses until he got my prescription just right. He measured my eyes and determined that I was wearing the wrong shape contacts for my eyes. I'm glad he was careful and patient because now I have excellent lenses that really work for me. I highly recommend him and their entire office.

I Made the Drive!

I have to say this is truley the nicest staff you will find in LA. Having worn glasses since elementary school I have been all over for glasses. I never found a great optometrist or a pair of glasses I loved. That was until a friend recommended I go to Dr. Friedman's office. This office really gives that personal touch by everyone from the check in desk to the doctor to the optician. I spent over an hour with Janine choosing the right style glasses with the right color and right fit. I will definitely be back. I love my new glasses. Great selection and prices.

I walked in without an appointment because they advertise that they accept walk-ins and they take my insurance. The front desk quickly and efficiently checked my benefits and I was on my way. The wait for the doctor was about 15-20 minutes (without an appointment). The doctor that examined me was extremely thorough. He pulled out a replica of an eye and explained in detail why my eyes always felt dry and irritated. After the exam I sat with an optician who very patiently explained to me my insurance. They have an awesome frame selection. All the opticians use cool laptops-nothing is written anywhere. I love the Blvgari glasses I got and yea they were a great deal! Even if I did not have my insurance discount I would definitely go there again because all the staff was super nice and helpful.
