Fair Enough with friendly service

We booked here through Hotwire. The location is massive and difficult to navigate through at first try. We couldn't complain as the location put us at some key freeways to our visit and the nearby ammenities were plentiful. The beds weren't great but they were not terrible either. Our biggest complaints were the over priced room service breakfast (which we know is always expensive) but the less than Denny's style quality & the parking set up and frustration.

I would encourage for the hotel to figure out why their key's are always resetting as that get frustrating having to go back to the front desk at such a large property to have keys fixed.

Ok but won't go there again

The room is strictly no frills but we had noisy neighbors who wouldn't keep the noise down after several complaints. I was forced to change room because of the disturbance. There were people loitering outside the rooms which was unpleasant. The service was efficient though.

Absolutly Best Value for your money

This hotel is even recomended in Peter greenberg's latest book as the best value in LAX and it has the best cofee shop in Los Angeles (maybe even the country) according to Peter Greenberg.

Great location, near best beaches in southern california, near the airport without the problems.

Offers courtesy transportation to nearby malls, etc.

You can't beat this hotel, specially their rates...
