Customer dis-satisfaction

I had told SB Toyota about 2 options I wanted on my car. They ended up selling me a car they said had one of the options, but in the end it did not. It had other things on it that I did not request. I felt like the dealership was trying to pass off inventory rather than listen to the customer's request. They also said they would assist me with getting a good price on the other option. Both the sales rep and manager have not done a thing to help me since they received my check. It's been a frustrating three weeks and I know they must be waiting for me to just give up. The sales rep says he has to talk with his manager and then I end up not hearing back from him. I keep having to call back over and over until I get the same response about having to speak with his manager. I guess once the deals is sealed, so is the customer service.
On a good note, I do like their service/parts department. I probably just got a bad deal, but unfortunately, it's leaving a sour taste in my mouth about the whole dealership.

I can't believe what an easy experience I had. I did my research online for the exact car I was looking for. After making my decision I called for a fleet manager and was greeted by Patrick Peters. He gave me pricing over the phone and gave the impression that he really cared about what my needs were. He was very straight forward (not a game player). To make a long story short I was in and out in 90 min. If you wat a straight deal, check out South Bay Toyota!. I will be back again.
