I love a business that's all about customer service and the overall experience. Fred's is definitely a needle hidden in a hay stack.

The barbers at Fred's know how to professionally cut men's hair. They listen to your requests and offer suggestions. No frills, just great haircuts!

I've never gone anywhere else in Los Angeles. My barber is a master of the old school approach to the shave and a hair cut. Expect hot shaving cream and a straight razor. He also uses a vintage scalp massager, if you're lucky.

I've been going to see Fred's for 3 years and he's never let me down. He is very friendly, easy going and talented. He remembers your haircut, can give great suggestions if you want. If you've been going to Floyd's and feel like you are another number in a hipster version of Supercuts, then go to Fred's! It's the best of the old school barbers with service.

Cool place. Super fast service. Fred's is the only barber I trust not to screw up my hair. Recently, I didn't know what kind of cut I wanted and asked them to just do something that would be cool... Walked out with the best haircut in years. My girlfriend loved it.

This is what a barber shop should be. The barbers will greet you, give you a good cut, brush off the excess hair with care, and send you on your way. Not too pricey, never too crowded. Go see Fred's Barber Shop if you're sick to death of the chain places.

This guy gives the best damn haircut in the world. No joke, I've been around the world twice and I always like getting my haircut at Fred's Barber Shop the most.

I love this place. First of all, I hate getting my hair cut by anyone that doesn't posses a straight razor or know how to use one. Fred's wins on both points. This place gives great hair cuts; I have sampled two out of the three barbers and have been fully satisfied. It is a ($13), but is far cheaper than any stylist I have heard of. If you are looking for the ambiance, style, and cut of a traditional barber shop, this is the spot. A classy joint.

If you're looking for hair coloring and appointments, you better not walk into Fred's Barber Shop! Fred's is strictly a old school barber shop known for it's old style simplicity and maintaining the lost art of shaving. The barbers at Fred's are nice and give you what you would expect from a classic barber shop.
