HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MOLD THROUGHOUT THEIR DELI CASE!

We drove to Malibu country kitchen looking to enjoy a nice afternoon meal; however, what we got was appauling and we feel the need to share this review with those that will read it. The service is incredibly rude/poor (and this doesn't even begin to describe it). They do not greet you witha warm hello; instead, they demand that you order right away and don't even attempt to alter your order. We ordered a turkey club sandwich with no tomato (politely requested this 2x). When we unwrapped our sandwich, there was tomato on it. We took the sandwich back to the counter and we were told that we woud get our money back, but that a new sandwich would not be made. When we explained that we had driven over 45 minutes just to eat here, we were turned away as if we were 2nd class citizens. We will never return to this restaurant again. In this falling economy, it is up to restaurant owners to give the best service they can. Sad.
