CLAIRE BENSON!! Since moving to sunny L.A. 6 years ago, I've been desperately bouncing from salon to salon to salon searching for 'the one.' A hairstylist who listens, one with patience, one who understands, one with experience, one with natural vision. Claire is the artist who met all my expectations and more. Like Edward Scissorhands, she does things with her scissors that others can't. She spent a good 15 mintues consulting with me, reviewing the pictures I had and giving insightful suggestions. Next, she began cutting my hair while it was still dry (this was genius), followed by a shampoo/conditioning, a final precision cut, and a blowdry. I was blown away because for the first time in over 5 years I left a salon feeling confident and 100% satisfied. How often does that happen, really? Claire delivers the ultimate hair salon experience. Pay her a visit, you won't be disappointed. All in all, The Londoner Salon boasts professional, highly trained stylists without the pretentiousness. The place is spotless and very welcoming. Oh, the Lavazza coffee gets a big thumbs up as well.

Londoner is by far one of the best salons in the South Bay, if not in all of LA. In particular, if you are a guy looking for the right haircut 'cause every other stylist has messed up your hair, then you have to go see Michelle Clagg at Londoner. Bar none, she is the best that I've seen. My hair used to be hard to manage and style sometimes, but no more! Since I've been going to Michelle, everything has been perfect. She know exactly how to cut my hair and what style fits me the best. She really listens to you and offers suggestions and by her collaborating with you, everything from the cut to the style comes out great. And she is versatile, too. If you want an old school cut, she can do that too! I once saw her cut hair so close, you'd swear that clippers were used, but nope, it was all precision cutting with just her scissors. She's just that good! All in all, you cannot go wrong by seeing Michelle. She's got a loyal following and after just one visit you'll know why.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Londoner. Anthony is not only a great Hair stylist but so personable and fun to be around. He puts you at ease. I absoultely loved my cut and color. The best part about it, was I wasn't there for 3 hours. He did everything in an hour and a half. He didn't have 5 clients at a time like I have experienced with other salons in the past! I highly reccomend The Londoner salon! I also would like to mention the Derma Planing done by Carrie is excellent as well! My skin never looked better or felt smoother. My make up went on so much better after her treatment!

Go see Claire. She is great. I have have very thin hair and she gave me a great cut that gave me lots of body and movement. I can tell that it's a great cut to work with.The salon experience is very pleasant and I see myself going to her for a long time.

Pros: ambience, location, early hours

Cons: parking at busy times

Beautiful Place, Wonderful People, and Great Service. I can't say much more about this place then to go and see for yourself. Bring some friends and make a day out of it. That's what I did and I had a great time. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked an appointment for next month!Great facial Loni your the best Love my Make-up next time Í'll get a wax

Anthony cut my hair in January and I get compliments all the time about my hair cut and the great thing is after 3 months it still looks great and I think I can go another month or two before I get my hair cut again. I highly recommend Londoner Salon in Manhattan Beach.

I went to this salon to get my long cape-like hair shorn. I was interested in the mandatory belts the stylists are required to wear. However, the very thing that intrigued me ended up repelling me as my hair became wrapped around the stylits belt and was not untangled for three hours! In the end my hair could have been cut with a flowbee and it would have looked as good! I was impressed by the avant garde use of circles of bleach along the hairline very leopard ralph lauren safari! Thanks londoner I only wish the belts were for sale!

Pros: animal print is big. the belts are rad! meeting three new people to work on your hair.

Cons: the belts are not for sale, the hair was a surprise.

I have been looking for a salon to call home since I moved here almost 5 years ago. Finally I have one. I really like this place. The Londoner has a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere . Claire, who worked on my hair, had a fresh aproach with respect for my classic style. Exactly what I've been looking for!! I am looking forward to going back to her, and next time I will try some of their other services in addition..

Dont Be Jealous! Just go see Anthony at the Londoner Salon and your hair will look just as good as mine. You will fall in love and never cheat on him. He has a humble, brilliant talent and I strongly recommend his services. Although Anthony Morrison is a genius and knows exactly what he is doing, he will take the time to listen to his clients to assure that you are happy by the time you leave his salon.

I have been to every salon in the South Bay in search of someone that is capable of handling curly frizzy hair, and at last, I have found the best - Danielle at Londoner Salon. Danielle truly understands how to cut and style curly hair. She is young, stylish and very professional. I have never felt rushed while in her chair, and she makes sure that you are happy with your results. The salon itself is very refreshing as there is NO DRAMA going on around you. The staff is professional and works as a team in their support of one another. It does not matter what kind of hair you have...you can feel confident that you are in great hands.

Pros: on time, great parking, beautiful salon and atmosphere
