I called a local dealer of Avaya, United Telecom and they showed up at my office within 2 days. They listened to my needs and said first meeting is really to understand the way i do business. The other two companies i called were ready with their brochures and within first 15 minutes wanted to sell me a system. But this guy actually took notes and came back with a couple of solutions couple of days later and actually made me feel comfortable. Eventhough their price wasn't the cheapest but i decided to go with them. After signing the contract i had a project manager meeting me and assuring me that he will over see the job. the installation went smooth and whatever problem came up the project manager immediately fixed it on the spot. Great and painless replacement of my telephone system with about 75 extensions.
