This school is a hidden jewel of a school. Not being able to see the school from the street means that it is safe from random prying eyes, also when you enter the drive way the entire school can see what cars are coming and going. The teachers are warm, friendly , competent and have all been there for a good amount of time. Happy teachers stay at a school and teachers that are happy reflect a positive atmosphere for the children. The children are busy, engaged and are having a great time learning. There are structured and non structured times., plus there is a wide range of afterschool activities. This is an added benefit the last thing I wanted to do was drive from place to place for ballet, tennis, gym ... they offer different programs at different times of the year which was also great. The school is a small school, all the parents get to know one another pretty well. It's a great little community and the school has a big event for families to attend every month. From trucking in farm animals to covering the play yard with real snow!! I highly recommend this school for any family with small children in the neighborhood! It was also the most reasonably priced school I found in the Palisades.
Pros: Great Staff, Good Solid Christian Education, Some Academics
