Great Experience! Car looked like new!

I had my 2009 Ford Truck repaired at Avenue. It was hammered in the front and I was really concerned with how it would be after it was repaired. I've had it back for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier. I can't even tell its been worked on. The car was very clean when I picked it up, clearly they had put in some extra TLC when washing it. They had the repairs done when they said they would, and delt with the insurance company.

Hope I don't wreck my truck again, but I'd definately use Avenue if I do. Highly recommend. Great shop, friendly staff.

An Honest Auto Body Shop That Does Great Work

Looking for a completely honest auto body shop that won't rip you off and will do a great job? Avenue Auto Body is it! I needed to get some dents and a loose bumper repaired on my 2004 Highlander and was paying for it out of pocket. My insurance company was not paying for it, so I wanted to get it done as economically as possible, but yet have a high quality result. I took it to several auto body shops in Torrance, Gardena, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. I couldn't believe how much some of these places were going to charge me! I guess they figured that unlike an insurance estimator, I wouldn't know what was reasonable, and the fact is that you don't really know. They tell you all kinds of things, cost of the paint, labor, prep work - it all adds up to some ridiculous amount. Even worse, I sent my wife to get the estimates and some of these places really inflated their estimates. Holy cow! The estimate from one of these places was 2X more than the estimate from Avenue Auto Body. I am so lucky to have found Avenue Auto Body. The owner - Steve Hornbeck is personally on site, supervising his whole operation, making sure that everything is done right, that you get charged a fair and honest price, and that your car will look fantastic when they are done - even if it is not your insurance company that is paying for it. I was 100% satisfied. It was a good feeling knowing that every bit that it cost me was completely worth it. Steve will tell you exactly what he can do, how he will do it and how much it will cost and will do the job to your complete satisfaction. What more can you ask? There is only one auto body shop in the South Bay that I will take my car to for body work and that is Avenue Auto Body.

Fantastic Body Work with the Best Service

This place is the best! The owner is really nice and was incredibly helpful! I took my grandma's car here after she dented her car on a pole. It was a pretty bad dent, and I was floored by how good it looked after they were done with it. Also, one of the great things about this place is that as soon as you walk in the door, you know you are going to get an honest quote and great service. I've since recommended the place to all my friends who have always come back and told me how great it was. A few of them have gone and gotten even those minor dents fixed because they knew they were going to get a good deal and good service.

Getting in an accident or damaging your car is always a tough situation to deal with, but going to Avenue Auto Body definitely made the whole thing less stressful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best Body Shop in the South Bay

Avenue Auto Body is the best. The owner, Steve Hornbeck is a straight-up, honest guy. He will tell you like it is and never cuts corners. He hires only the best body repair technicians and is a stickler for quality. You will be pleased when you get your car back. If this sounds like an advertisement, it's not. Hornbeck will tell you straight-up when it isn't worth fixing your car and then work with your insurance company to convince them that is the case. But when he and his guys fix your car, you can be assured it will be done right. I am a U.S. Army Ordnance Officer who specialized in Tank and Automotive maintenance and repair, and I know quality work when I see it. This is one body shop in the Torrance, Redondo Beach, South Bay area that you can trust and feel confident with. Highly recommended.
