YOu will never leave hungry this place. The pizza are great and huge, you can share with a friend. They have thin and thick crust pizza but my favorite are the thick one. Especially the Hawaiian one.

Pizza, Wings and Calzone ROCK!

Excellent Wings. Hot sauce has both kick and flavor. You gotta try em. Hand tossed pizza is always fresh and covered with plenty of your favoite ingredients. You get what you pay for. Delivery service is always fast and freindly. If you want pizza in the South Bay it's the only place to go. Both Manahattan Beach and Playa stores provide consistant quality in their food and service.

• Pros: Food, delivery speed and friendliness. Manhattan Bch. store has real local feel.
• Cons: Playa store needs more warmth.

Place was a rip off

The pizza is just okay, but this place is a rip off. If you don't get the special during the day, a tiny mediocre pizza will cost you a lot of money. This place is not consistent and not worth it.

Best pizza, Best Delivery

I highly recommend this place. The pizza is fabulous. The delivery was lightening fast. They told me it would take about 35 minutes, but they were here in 10 minutes or so. After trying most of the pizza places that deliver to Playa del Rey, these guys are definitely my absolute favorite!

Great Pizza, Neighberhood place

Playa Del Rey is pretty bereft of decent food options but Beach Pizza is one shining star in an otherwise dull constellation. They do one thing and they do it well, they make a great pizza. It's not New York pizza good but it beats most of the competition in LA. I've been there 20+ times and I consistently get a tasty and satisfying pizza at a decent price. It's not somewhere to go on a first date but if you're comfortable with someone it is a nice place to chill out. It's also decent for families, but they're aren't any video games or other diversions for kids.

This is a place to go for a classic pizza, not the Wolfgang Puck, roasted duke and seaweed gourmet style that all you yuppies like.

• Pros: Great Pizza, good price, always leaves me satisfied
• Cons: Not much atmosphere, pedestrian interior

Great pizza! The crust is nicely done, not too thick or thin. The toppings are good, nothing special, but still tasty. Cheese isn't too greasy. Overall, they do a great job and if you're looking for pizza in Playa, this is the place.

Beachin Pizza

Beach Pizza is quick, tasty. cool, unpretentious, inexpensive and most importantly excellent pizza. The crust is cooked just right and the ingredients are first rate. This is like a neighborhood place in Chicago. It's what it's supposed to be. a pizza place.

• Cons: no frills, not a girl's hangout, only 1 tv
