the environment is outrageous. and the people who work there make visits like returning home. really, nowhere else that i can go.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!!

I was so dleighted to stay here. I've been to many B&B around the country, and this is my favorite one. Their service and cleanliness is impeccable. They make great food, and are walking distance from cute restaurants and cafes. I also biked to the beach everyday! I highly recommend this hotel for any family or couple!

A secluded, New England-inspired inn set on a bird refuge--only in L.A.

The Scene
Who knew there's a 200-acre bird sanctuary right in L.A. (just ten minutes from LAX), let alone a quaint, East Coast-style inn nestled into it? Each of the California-by-way-of-Cape Cod guest rooms is an eclectic showroom, with canopy beds, Amish quilts, Jacuzzi bathtubs, fireplaces and spacious balconies for bird and sailboat watching. A full complimentary breakfast is offered each morning; during the afternoons, guests converge in the inn's sitting room or on the large sundeck, where the innkeepers serve coffee, California wines and lemonade squeezed from their own trees. Forget about Sunset Strip and discover how the rest of L.A. lives.
