THE WORST NIGHTMARE!

THEY CLOSE SUNDAYS, SO I WAS DRIVING NORMALLY AND SUDDENLY THE CAR (WHICH WAS ONE OF THE EXPENSIVE ONES) BROKE DOWN! IT WOULD TURN ON ANYMORE, I HAD TO CALL A TOWING COMPANY AND PAY FOR EVERYTHING MY SELF! THEY DIDNT WANT TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT MONEY, THE NET DAY THEY CHANGED MY CAR AND GUESS WHAT? THE BRAKES WERENT WORKING!!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD A WEEK AFTER I RETURNED THE CAR BECAUSE OF A SCRATCH, WHICH I DIDNT MAKE!! THEY CHARGE ME 400 DOLLARS FOR A SCRATCH!! AND I DIDNT DO IT! EVERYTIME I CALL THEY WOULD HUNG UP ON ME AND THE MANAGER OF THE PLACE CALLED ME A THRID WORLD BITCH! BECAUSE I KEPT CALLING!

SUPER EASY!

This company easiest to understand for me. Price include everything and no extra because I am 23. I check many other companies and they confuse me. To many extra stuffs. Also, after I rent (i rent 1 month) when I call they know who I am. This nice because my spoken English is no so good. They are really patient on the phone because seems like most of their customers are English second Language

Super Cheap and Super Honest!

Just want to tell what honest people they are. Rented a car 3 months while on internship in Los Angeles. This company has a $400 damage deductible which was no problem considering I saved about $600 per month over other companies due to my age. I got damage by another car and they said they would only charge me what they paid to paint the bumper $275. I called around and cheapest paint job I could find was like $450 so that seemed true. I didn't really care anyway because I Saved like $1800 over 3 months! Anyway, I thought for sure since I paid them they would not go through the hassle of collecting from other guy etc...2 months later I got a call from the super cheap guy saying they finally got paid by other guys insurance and wanted to know if they could refund my card what they charged me. I was shocked they even cared enough to do that! First time I ever got money BACK from a car rental company. Sent my parents there from Sweden they loved their little Corolla car.

Super Cheap Car Rental provided us with a great car at a great price and the charged us what they said they would nothing extra which was great because I am under 25. Very Satisfied indeed
