I knew that the Loews Hotels were dog friendly hotels, so I was expecting to slip in unoticed with my dog, and have to keep her quiet for the next 2 nights. I was pleasantly surprised that my dog (who I treat like my child) was greeted with open arms and big smiles from everyone. We had a great room on the first floor, with a big patio for my pup to run around. I ordered room service for dinner, and smiled when they sent up dog bowls, a place mat, Fiji water and dog treats for my pup, all without me asking. Customer service was exceptional, the staff was always smiling and ready to assistance me with anything I needed. I will most definately be staying at this and other Loews hotels again. If you want to spend a couple of days away with your pet, don't look anywhere else, just make a reservation at The Loews.
Pros: a great place for you and your best pet friend to be pampered
Cons: skip the spa, nothing special
