This lounge inside the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica gets a boost when hotel guests and in-the-know locals kick back with glasses of cucumber lemonades and crafty cocktails before heading poolside to bask in the sun. Guests mix and mingle amid views of the hotel's waterfall and koi pond, quenching their thirsts with drinks like Pineapple Mosquito and Deep Cleanse. More substantial fare, courtesy of the hotel's popular Fig restaurant, features fish tacos, pasta-less lasagna and warm quinoa salad.

The perfect stay

The staff at this hotel was the most courtious and helpful staff I have ever dealt with. The reccomended rooms, and let me tour the facitlty before staying. They showed me the best rooms on the property, and requested them for my stay. While the Suites, and regular rooms are amazing, the bungalows will knock you off you feet. You will feel like a star, and probably have one for a neighbor. Take advantage of the great deals on these rooms before they come to their sneses and start charging $750 a night for them. The Bungalows are hands down the greatest deal is Santa Monica. Stay here and you will never want to leave.

The Epitome of Great Service

From the moment we checked in the staff could not have been more attentive to our needs. The pool area was perfect for our children. We even saw two movie stars having tea in the lobby. This place is a great escape. Very sexy.
