Not much to look at from the outside, inside this restaurant feels like a home. They serve great, strong drinks and their food is excellently prepared (if you aren't in the mood for heavy Eastern European fare, they have an entree that includes a sample of each of their many, delicious and interesting salads). But the service is just awful. The waitresses are actually very sweet, but they disappear for seriously 20-30 minutes at a time, and the whole restaurant gets antsy. One time I was there another customer actually bellowed at the waitress "You can't DO that to people!" I felt bad for her, but the guy was right. So go here, but only if you're not starving and in the mood to linger over dinner.
