Very disappointed! NO Customer service!!!

I was very dissapointed with them. I bought a wedding ring and tried to return it 9 days later as it did not complement my fiance's engagement ring. The policy is 7 days and they will not budge and offer store credit or anything. Very very upset and would strongly discourage anyone from using them as they do not appreciate their customers nor work toward a continuing relationship with their customers.

Located in the oh-so-tony shopping district of north Santa Monica, Moondance entices with smooth white walls and honey-colored wood, while a skylight provides soothing natural light. An eclectic mix of baubles begs for one's attention. Spend some time with the antique and vintage watches and rings, but don't neglect the equally compelling contemporary platinum and gold pieces. In perfect synch with the usual Montana Avenue clientele, staff are cool and standoffish in their approach unless assistance is explicitly requested.

Sidewalk Sale

While this store carries amazing, handmade jewelry, the prices can be shock-inducing. The best way to shop Moondance, is to wait for the annual Montana Avenue Sidewalk Sale; that's when many peices of jewelry (and some handbags) are marked down a whopping 75 percent.
