I have been going to Lincoln Car Wash since I moved to Santa Monica. I take my Range Rover and my Mercedes and always get a hand wash. I don't expect the windows to be perfectly clean and expect a few water spots. What I did not expect was for them to damage the rim on my 2008 Mercedes and deny it! When they pulled the car around, it was obvious that the car had been washed. All the rims were clean with the exception of the front, passenger rim. Its tire had a scuff in the rubber, a black impact mark on the rim, and a deep scratch. It was obvious they impacted a curb pulling the clean car around after it was washed. The guy that writes the orders, Manny, knows that I am a good customer. I grabbed him and he looked at it and said I would need to talk to his supervisor, who turned out to be the owner, Mr. Jivani. As a matter of course, he said that they didn't do it and if I couldn't prove it to him they weren't going to do anything about it. Horrible customer service and not a good way to run a business. I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone now. If they handled this appropriately, I would not only have come back, I would have a good customer service story to share.
