.Rude customer service

Upon entering the empty store I greeted the man behind the computer with a How are u? His reply 'Not so hot ' as he snapped it to me because I was not sure that I had heard it the first time.Then I asked if he was open(this was during the business hours posted) he angerly said 'sort of 'and asked what I wanted. No one wants to be greeted to a public place in that fashion. Someones office or a welcoming coffee shop? Don't bother.
