Noodle slurping is perfectly acceptable inside this modern dining room. Entrees like swordfish and salmon pair up with traditional Japanese sides--boiled spinach, sweet potato puree, sweet marinated seaweed and sesame green beans. Make a meal of the noodle dishes, offered hot, cold, thick, thin and curried. Nabeyaki udon's fish broth overflows with spinach, shiitake mushrooms, chicken, egg, fish cake and shrimp tempura, while zaru thin noodles are served cold with dipping sauce.
