I had a bath treatment and somehow they didn't book it correctly. So I decided not the have the bath treatment to make it eaiser for them. They massaged me and my friend in the couple's room and the bathtub was so disgusting! It had a dark, black ring around it. My friend and I almost threw up! I mean, clean it up before allowing us to go in! It was not clean!

This is really not the best spa in the area. I had an appointment at noon and I waited almost 30 mins. before saying something to anyone. They completely forgot about my appointment and tried to act as if they knew about me the whole time. The girls walking around walked pass me four or five times knowing that I was the only one there waiting. Neither of them asked me or tried to help me. I got up and left! This isn't worth my time!! I left and went to Brooke Williams and they got me in right away and I got an awesome treatment from them. Everyone on here giving a 5 star review is over exaggerating! This is not the best spa people!

I've been visiting DuBunne for over a decade now. Every year they keep getting better and better by expanding and adding services. The moment I step into the spa I already feel relaxed and soothed. The lobby area is inviting and quiet in anticipation of your service. The staff are all incredibly nice and want to make your visit memorable. I've tried almost every service they offer and the one that I most highly recommend is the Dubunne Spa Massage. Just thinking about it puts me in a better mood. I have tried other day spas over the years, but I keep coming back to DuBunne. It cannot be beat.

Pros: The friendly and knowledgable staff, prices and atmosphere

Cons: Weekends are usually busy, so book in advance

The girl who answers the phone, Danielle, is the biggest a-hole that exist. The services are not that great and they wanted me to hold my appointments with a credit card because I had called to cancel. That should appreciate the fact that I called to cancel instead of just not showing up. There are plenty other spa's, so don't waste your time with this one.

The only reason why this spa has more than 100 reviews with 5 stars is because they had a contest! Whoever had the best review would win a prize! I been there a few times and the spa use and services are average! Just like any other spa! One time my appointment was late and they booked the wrong services for me! I don't understand what the exaggeration of the "dream spa" about it is all about!

I WENT TO GET A MASSAGE A MONTH AGO, AND WHEN I WAS LAYING ON THE BED, I SAW TWO BIG INSECTS ON THE TABLE!!! IT WAS NASTY! I INFORMED THE MASSAGE THERAPIST AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT! I WENT TO GET ANOTHER MASSAGE RECENTLY AND I SAW MORE INSECTS CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE DRESSING ROOM! THEY SEEM NOT TO CARE ABOUT THEIR SPA! I'M PRETTY SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO SEES IT!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!! I LIKE GLEN IVY AND BROOKE WILLIAMS MORE! AT LEAST THEIR SPA IS CLEANER THAN DUBUNNE!

I go to this Spa to get waxing every 4 weeks and the Front Desk Girls are terrible! They always have something to complain about and they don't act professional most of the time! I sit out at the front waiting for my appointment and the girls talk about unproper things and their behavior is not lady-like at all! I hear them complain about clients and their own boss. After they get off the phone with a client, they complain and use unproper language even though they see me sitting there! When clients come in to check in for their appointment, the girls don't acknowledge them at all! They all are in their own conversations and has to finished it before they help the clients. I know this place has been open for a long time and it's sad to see that the front desk girls are that awful! They need to teach them some class before putting them out there!

I have been to many spas and I was very happy with this spa. The staff was great and treatments are relaxing. I had a soaking bath, scrub, massage. I left very happy and relaxed.

I LOVE DU BUNNE!!! THAT LADY WHO WROTE THAT AWFUL REVIEW IS JUST AN OLD BITTER SELFISH LADY WHO WANTS EVERYTHING HANDED DOWN TO HER. SHE MUST THINK SHE'S SOMETHING! EVERYTHING WAS FREE!! SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!! I HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE EVENT. YES, IT WAS CROWDED, BUT I STILL HAD A GREAT TIME! THE FREE SERVICES WERE WONDERFUL AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT ALSO. THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL AND THEY DID DIRECTED ME AND MY FRIEND TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO GO NEXT. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH DU BUNNE! IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO DU BUNNE, SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM! THE STAFF PAYS ATTENTION TO YOU AND REMEMBERS YOUR NAME! THEY MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND THEY DO TAKE REALLY GOOD CARE OF YOU WHEN YOUR THERE! DON'T BELEIVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW THAT LADY HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE SPA! SHE SHOULD PROBABLY START GOING TO BROOKE WILLAMS BECAUSE A SPA LIKE DU BUNNE DOESN'T NEED NEGATIVE, SELFISH PEOPLE WHO THINKS THE WORLD REVOLVES AROUND THEM TO BE IN THEIR SPA ANYWAY!

As a Dubunne club member I was recently invited to attend an event called "Some Enchanted Evening." I called and made a reservation for myself and two guests. The event was to include complimentary skin analysis by SkinCeuticals, complimentary makeup application by Colorescience, while enjoying complimentary wine from WineStyles and receving neck/shoulder massages, paraffin hand treatments, and free product giveaways. When I arrived at my designated appointment time the spa was packed and there was no parking. When we finally found a parking spot we went to sign in for what i thought was a reservation. Instead I was handed a small business card for me and my two guests and pointed in a direction without any information on what to do. As we tried to make our way through the spa there were lines of people all over. We finally found our way outside where there was some food and drinks. The wine provided was a BOXED wine that hadn't even been chilled. We made our way back inside and discovered we had to wait in line for all the things I thought I had RSVP'd for. The lines were at least 15 people long and you could barely move through crowd. We found our way over to the massage line where a girl was receiving either a paraffin hand treatment or massage while standing up! I don't know how that's at all comfortable. We decided it wasn't worth our time to stay and I was horrified that I had brought my friends to what I thought was supposed to be a relaxing evening. I will NEVER go to another event at Dubunne and will probably starting going to Burke Williams nearby for my massages and facials. I don't think I'll ever be able to view Dubunne as a relaxing place after that awful night.

Pros: used to be a great spa

Cons: HORRIBLE EVENTS!!!!
