Best Ice Cream in California

I've been going to Thrifty now known as Rite Aid for 23 years just for their delicious ice cream. Rocky Road is my favorite and no other brand comes close to Thrifty ice cream. It's cheap, simple and delicious.

• Pros: cheap, no long lines, many varieties
