0 stars. Bad cars, bad service, and an even worse attitude. We bought a used PT Cruiser in August 2010 and the car has broken down 5 times since then so it's a LEMON. Initally, the salesperson was very nice but after we experienced all these problems, they have refused to fix the problem unless we pay for it and refused to pay for the tows to their dealership - after being stuck on the highway twice and once when the car actually caught on fire. Initally they offered us a replacement car but have rescinded that offer.

In addition, the "full" Carfax they gave us was not complete nor accurate - we got the real Carfax from another dealer and found out that this car had been in 2 severe accidents!

When we told them we would go to the Better Business Bureau to report them, the saleslady said, "I'm done with you, good luck with that."

The good news is that our attorney feels we have a great case and we look forward to settling this matter. Do NOT go to this dealership unless you like being treated poorly, don't really want to drive your car, and enjoy having your car in the shop all the time.

horrible sales service

I spoke to a manager named Art that agreed on offering a discount and once I drove down there from 45 miles away he had one of his rockie salesman tell me he couldn't honor the price.What an assshole

Worst place to get your car worked on

I have been goin to this Dodge repair facility for years and I am just finally fed up with them. I always say "heck, ill give them another chance year after year" and finally im done.

This shop will try and charge you an arm and a leg for anything/everything. The customer service is horrible and the salesmen trying to tell you what is wrong with your car treat you like you dont know what you are talking about. I have argued with them many of times and their stories of whats wrong with my car always change as they start catching on that I know about cars and their parts.

Dont get that feeling like you are getting TOP quality service and knowledge on your car because it is at a shop specialized for your car. You are better off doing some research and looking/creating a good relationship with a local mechanic who you can stick with the rest of your life.
