Wow!! My fiance and I just picked up our engagement rings today and we are ecstatic. We designed the rings with Oscar and they turned out better than we could have ever imagined. His attention to detail is incredible and he put extra work into making sure that our rings were perfect. He really went above and beyond and did way more than we'd expected when making our rings. My fiance got my engagement ring (and diamond) there and I loved it so much that we decided to get our bands there. Their stuff is incredible, and if you want to create your own jewelry or customize something, they will make sure you get exactly what you want. It's a family run business and everyone is really nice. They take pride in their work and it really shows. Come here if you want a beautiful ring from wonderful people!

Pros: wide variety, excellent quality, custom jewelry, great price, very friendly

Cons: Parking downtown can be a pain and expensive. Go on Saturday or Sunday and park under the building. It's the cheapest way to do it.

I researched all over LA for the best prices and best quality, and this is the place. I bought my fiancé's engagement ring here and she loved it. Go here for jewelry! (Parking in the area can be expensive, but if you go on Sundays you can park there for a cheap flat rate)

My fiance, Erik, just surprised me with a proposal and the most exquisite engagement ring Saturday, June 21st.. Yahoooooo we're engaged!!! We are thrilled, amazed, and astonished with the ring that Oscar's created and co-designed (with my fiance). I have yet to meet my new beloved Jeweler, but Erik was completely impressed with their integrity, punctuality (had the ring ready when promised), friendly staff/customer service (Oscar called Erik today, Monday, to see how the proposal went and see how I liked the ring). It's Monday night and I've just written them a note to thank them for creating the most impressive ring that I have ever seen, I feel like royalty. I'm more mesmerized by this ring than that character in Lord of the Rings...."my precious"! Shop around to get ideas or to get it out of your system but GO SEE OSCAR WHEN YOU'RE READY TO BUY.

Oscar and his staff provided excellent service, with no pressure to this first time ring buyer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase fine jewelry at a great price.

Oscar has created a one of a kind treasure for me. My husband and Oscar together designed a true work of art that I will treasure forever. The detail and beauty of the diamond ring that I received does not compare to anything that I have ever seen before. Thank you Oscar!

Thank you for the wonderful diamond engagement ring. Oscar Design Jewelry is located in the Jewelry district in Downtown Los Angeles. They have a wide selection of diamond rings, necklaces, bracelets, and an excellent selection of jewelry. I was looking for a specific ring for my fiance and they were able to find the perfect match and size it appropriately as I waited. An excellent choice for wholesale jewelry in Los Angeles.

I have been shopping for a ring for about 3 weeks. However, I was intense and researched why GIA why not GIA etc. The level of brain damage was further augmented when you read the fancy letter scheme from VS1 to VS2 to E to H. By the time I was done, I started developing a philosophical objection to even buying a ring! I called about 6 stores in the jewelry mart and got a lot of "You need to come here". This is asking for a quote for a diamond that I "exactly" asked for! Well - I finally landed on Oscar's planet :)! He was honest, straight forward, empathetic, a great sense of humor and above all fair. I hope you check him if you still want to save some brain cells! And no - I don't work for him etc. Matter of fact, this is my first time buying anything shiny but will definitely return to him as I go through the path of life as I am sure I will need a diamond bail out to get me out of trouble! My fiancee and I are extremely happy with Oscar's Design Jewelry. I initially was considering buying an engagement ring at several popular jewelry chains. However, I was unimpressed with their salespeople and interactions, and also felt I wasn't getting the best deal for my money.The quality of Oscar's Design Jewelry is far better than I expected. Their ideal cut diamonds can be compared to fine jewelery stores such as Tiffany's, for an exceptional price. I would recommend this store to anyone who is shopping for a superior quality diamond at a great value. Customer service is also very friendly and helpful.

I'm a 28 years old man who had never written a customer feedback but I had to take the time to write this one. I bought a gorgeous engagement ring from Oscar's Design Jewelry. The entire experience was one of the best I have ever had. They made everything entirely too easy, from the selection of the stone to the setting . I had the ring in two days from the day I placed the order, amazing! I looked all over for a stone and setting which I thought was just right for me, but nothing came anywhere near what Oscar offered. Best of all my fiance absolutely loves the ring. Seriously, thanks Oscar, when I'm in the need for more jewelry you'll be the first place I go!

We picked up my ring today, and It's breathtaking! We are so thankful to Oscar for helping us design my ring. As of today he is officially our jeweler. You will feel very comfortable working with Oscar. He is honest and patient and his expertise is much appreciated. We truly believe that we got the best price for the quality we chose.
