Support the local owners

I have known the owner of this store for over 15 years. She is an advocate for animals and is working hard to compete against the big box chain stores. She sells high quality pet foods, supplies and critters big and small. It's not easy in today's economy to open a business but she does and works very hard. She has to deal with theft on a daily basis, people abandoning their animals at her store and countless other obstacles all business owners face. If you want a $5 box of dog food, go elsewhere. If you love your pets and want to give them quality products then go to Dino's. My golden loves going and hanging out there and visiting after he gets his bath. Support your local businesses.

this store isn't big enough for the two of us.

you can find good prices in this store for crickets or feed. but the lady is a freaking bitch! even when you call she has an attitude as if your bothering her. she just seems very unhappy with her life and takes it out on the customers. maybe she should be a prison warden instead. anyways, i avoid going there if i have to.

As this store is under new ownership which has been there for the last maybe year to year and half. I can not begin to explaine how Awkward this women is. She sticks her nose into places where it dosent belong. when you go to a store you go to shop or wash your dog. Not to hear this person comment on your conversations. In dealing with many people that go into that store , well lets just say shes loosing money and to the old owners we all miss you. you were always kind and your employees were a great help at all times.

Most welcoming pet store

I love this store. The owners and the staff are so kind and helpful. I always feel like I'm among friends when I go inside. My questions are answered and I can find what I want. If they don't know, they are honest enough to say so. I prefer and trust the products here more than Petco.

Two Young Kids Making it Work Very Well

It is wonderful to see that two very hard working young people are making such a Great Place for Pets and People to shop and to visit. Our dogs Roxy and Harley both Love the grooming and the Candy Store atmosphere there. Congratulations Guys and, Look Out, You Big Guys Don't Scare them 1 Bit!

• Pros: Special care and handling of the pets, the only store that stocks our dog food

Sad, but Mom-and-Pop Shop not as good as Petco or Centinela

Low stock; they take orders and send away for ID tags but you have to call and nag them to find out what happened to your order - after you've paid, of course. They do have a pretty good deal on Gold Fish flakes though: you get to stuff a scoop yourself for only $2.00.

• Cons: not the greatest customer service or selection
