i lived here for 3 yrs on ad off. and every time i came back it was the place to be. now that its being renovated, i want to come back and live ther permantly. especially since i work in the downtown area. there an abundance of restaurants, my favorite is 'Las Maracas', its authentic mexican cuisine and with a bar. you also have the 'Ensenada Restaurant" which is adjacent to the hotel. and of course the nite life is well lit. there are clubs and bars along spring street. i give it a thumbs up. and when its totally finished the bar downstairs named 'Charlie O's ' is gonna be awesome.

• Pros: its in the middle of downtown, everything you need is around you.
• Cons: bar is still under construction.
