I LOST MY JOB RECENTLY AND FELL BEHIND ON MY RENT. MY FRIENDS SAID THAT PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WOULD JUST EVICT ME BUT NOT BEACH FRONT. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO HEAR ABOUT MY SITUATION AND LUCKILY FOR ME, I GOT ANOTHER JOB RATHER QUICKLY. BEACH FRONT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WHILE I HAD TO FILL OUT SOME EXTRA FORMS AND AGREE TO A PAYMENT PLAN, THEY LET ME STAY AND BRING MYSELF CURRENT. THANK GOD FOR A COMPANY THAT UNDERSTANDS HOW HARD THINGS ARE RIGHT NOW AS THEY SAVED MY LIFE!

I live at the Rolling Hills Apartments in Torrance and Beachfront property management just took over after RTI management got the boot. Thank God since the people that RTI had running my building sucked. When I called the office nobody would return my call so I was stuck with the ones who sucked to complain to.

Everything changed last week when Beachfont showed up. They were extremely helpful and the people that are in the office are really nice. I was going to move across the street but am going to stay and give the new management a chance. ATTITUDE DOES MATTER, THANK YOU BEACHFRONT!!!

I was looking for an apartment in Costa Mesa and while most were nice, the Beach Front manager found out what color carpet and paint I wanted. He also promised to bring dinner to me and my family the first night if I moved in. He did and brought a bouquet of flowers with him.

While we had many good choices, we are happy that we moved to a property managed by Beach Front Property Management!

I've owned my apartment building for over 10 years and I have managed it myself and also used 2 other companies. When I did the management it was A LOT of work and it was like another job.

When I used the other 2 management companies, I had vacancies sit for a long time and when I went by the residents complained that maintenance was never getting done (even though I will pay to keep things in good repair).

A broker friend recommended that I call Beach Front Property Management. From the minute I called them I knew they were different, just in the way that they answer the phone at the main office. More importantly they organized the management so I have one person to call (and who calls and e-mails me) so that communication is around my schedule.

Most importantly they rented a unit that been sitting for over 3 months in the first week. The tenants had a lot of work that needed to be done and Beach Front sent their guys over and did it.

If you own apartments and want a great management company, call Beach Front Property Management!

I live in Point Fermin in San Pedro on Pacific. One of the residents in our building was found shot in the head in the alley by Pacific Diner. While most owners or companies would have simply let LAPD deal with everyone, the managers at Beach Front spoke to the cops and let all of us know that we were not in danger. I guess the main guy at Beach Front is a former officer and has some juice but the main thing is that we knew right away that it wasn't some crazy guy looking to hurt people in our building or in the area. Beach Front told us that resident knew the killers and it was not random.

It was a tragedy and it was sad that she died but I'm glad that my family didn't have to freak out about our safety. Also I saw the manager and some other Beach Front people working with the family of the deceased to help them and they cooperated with the police.

I feel safe living in a Beach Front building!

I live at the Prada Apartments in Costa Mesa on Harbor Boulevard. The manager Esteban does a very good job in making sure life is peachy. He has taken care of every problem that I've had (parking, clogged drain, noisy neighbor) with a smile. He is the best manager I've ever had and has made living at Prada a pleasure for me and my family.

Because of this terrible economy we are having I fell severly behind on my rent. Thanks to Raquel, my manager @ Beach Front, she worked with me in catching up on my rent without hesitation. She understood my situation and BEST of all she LISTENED.

Honestly, we need more people in this world who are understanding and caring as much as she is. I don't know what I would have done if she wasn't there to help me through this. My financial situation is looking better and I could finally see a silver lining in my world. I couldn't have done this without her. She is the best and so is Beach Front Properties!!

I am writing this as a thank you to the ownership and management of Academy Center in Rolling Hills Estates. It is a nice feeling when you are getting what you are paying for. While my rent went up substantially (did not make me happy), the property was dramatically improved. When I made requests for new heating and air conditioning I expected a band aid approach. Instead after trying to fix the issue, I received a brand new system and the management employees were very friendly and went out of their way to not disrupt me.

I live in a bank owned property since the owner lost it in foreclosure. Even though I paid my rent the guy did not fix anything. I like where I live so I put up with it. Happily for me beachfront properties management came in when the bank took it over and found out what my problems were. They got the bank to pay for the everything and beachfront's maintenance guys did a great job in fixing everything. All they asked was that I share my story online which I'm happy to do. I recommend this company.

  • Cons: Life before beachfront when the place was a dump

beachfront property is probably the biggest joke of any property managment company. they are dishonest and do not take care of their tenants, they let them live in nasty moldy, broken conditions. i would tell anyone i know not to move into any place managed by these guys

while apartment owners are giving away a lot of stuff to lure us tenants and enjoyed the great deals in the past, i have never had a company care about me like beachfront. there was a problem with the electricity at the building and while they had people on it right away, we were left without power for some time. the manager bought pizzas and drinks for everyone and got flashlights, lanterns and batteries for anyone who wanted them. instead of a bummer, she made it really kind of cool and fun. the manager asked that i send my props here since she said this is the best company she ever worked for. if you see a beach front sign on the building, go on in as you won't be disappointed.
