Amazing Service, Friendly and Polite

I was greatly overwhelmed when my GF and I decided to look for engagement rings. One of our first stops was Eli's Jewelry (recommended by a friend) and from the minute we started speaking with Raffi and Eli, we knew it was the right place.

Service is great! My GF wanted the perfect ring and Raffi made her the most beautiful diamond ring I have ever seen. They work with you one-on-one to make sure you get all that your looking for.

I would recommend Eli's Jewelry to anyone!

We (my fiancé and I) LOVE Eli's jewelry! My fiancé worked with Raffi designing my engagement ring and it was beyond any of my expectations.... absolutely gorgeous! Most importantly, the customer service is excellent because they make you feel like family. They were genuinely excited to meet me after we were engaged and they worked with us to design the wedding bands today. If you are looking for quality and outstanding service, then look no further!

As a guy that was completely overwelmed by the process of buying a ring I was so happy to have found Raffi at Eli's. I actually went into this with a good understanding of what I wanted and not completely ignorant about how to pick out a diamond. My problem was that I spent hours walking through the thousands of counters in the downtown jewelry marts and did not find anything I liked and could not trust any of them to make a custom ring.

I remembered that a friend of mine had recommended Raffi and so I found the address and walked in. From the moment I walked in the door I was relieved. The store is on the second floor of a private building, so the atmosphere is nothing like the chaos of the jewelry marts on the street level. I also felt like I could trust him, because his business depended on referrals, not foot-traffic from the street (in addition I already had a recommendation from my friend, a very savvy business man). After talking to Raffi the decision was easy. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and best of all I never felt any pressure to buy anything whatsoever.

I did end up buying a beautiful engagement ring that even strangers gasp at when they see it, two wedding bands (one for each side of the diamond ring), and my wedding band.

Best part was that I designed the ring with Raffi and could see it in CAD on the computer and make changes before the final ring was made. Then my fiancé and I went back to design my ring together after I proposed. And even with the amazing service and quality product I received, and all the hours that Raffi spent with me in front of the computer screen tweaking the design, I didn't have to pay anything more than if I had picked it off the shelf of a wholesale dealer's store.

Overall the entire experience was perfect! I want to thank Raffi and his family at Eli's Jewelry for beautiful rings and even more for the fun times in the store!

Amazing Family and amazing Jewelry!!!

I have been searching for over two months at various common name jewelry stores and have been blinded by the markup in designer rings and outrageous markup in jewel costs. I heard of the jewelry mart in Los Angeles and went to check it out with my mother, at first it seems overwhelming. If you have not done your research you will be lost and probably be conned into buying something you don't want. I had found Eli's to be in the top 3 of of my research and being located in the building right next to the parking garage we decided to visit Eli's first, funny thing it was the only place we went! Located away from the craziness of the lower street levels, Eli's is right off the Elevator and extremely quiet and secure that gives you a peaceful shopping experience. Eli is so warm and welcoming and will give you the run down of what he and his family have to offer, the options are endless. The diamond quality and selection that you have are remarkable! All the diamonds are highest of quality with almost no imperfections and a lot come laser inscribed! I found 4 rings that fit what I wanted, the second I mentioned what else I was looking for in the ring design...brother Raffi came out with his adorable daughter who is "the boss" of the place (adorable!). Raffi took my diamond that I had chosen and my ideas I had described and produced a high quality 3D custom design in a matter of a week or two! I touched up here and there to get what I wanted which was awesome! Then a wax mold was produced the gave me an actual view of the size etc. So great to see it before finished. The end result was breath taking! Raffi promised 99%....I got 150%, the ring and craftsman ship are stunning! It really builds uniqueness and a vintage soul to the ring that my fiance desired. On a side note, if you get to meet the mother your truly in for a treat! she coats the experience by establishing the warmth and security of how Eli's came to be the best Jewelry shop in my opinion. If you can't trust Eli's your out of luck, plain and simple.

Great advice, fantastic service, friendly atmosphere

On recommendation of my brother, I went to Eli's Jewelry searching for an engagement ring. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but when I got bogged down in the details, Eli & Raffi patiently explained all my options and made solid, sensible recommendations. In retrospect, they were right every time. The ring is perfect, and she loves it!

At every step of the process, they were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I did a lot of research before making my purchase, and I believe all their recommendations were spot on. After I talked things over with them, they obtained several outstanding quality diamonds that met my criteria, which I was then able to examine. There was no pressure whatsoever to try to upsell me to anything more than I asked for.

The craftsmanship of the ring is absolutely excellent. I didn't know her size, so again, they helped me make an educated guess (almost perfectly), and they stand behind their work to adjust it later.

Finally, they made me an offer that was highly competitive -- even slightly less than Blue Nile. I felt comfortable every step of the way, and would definitely return again for my future jewelry needs.

Beautiful work and thoughtful advice

My wife and I went to Eli's Jewelry to shop for a 10 year wedding anniversary band for her. She was looking for an emerald/diamond ring. We looked at a number of ring styles, and Raffi helped us with design suggestions, and we found the perfect design. A couple weeks later, the ring was ready to pick up and it is ideal. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the quality of the stones is top-notch. Their prices were very competitive. We found Raffi and his family to be warm, very knowledgeable, professional, and committed to their work. I highly recommend Eli's Jewelry, and will be returning in the future.

The best and only place to shop downtown LA.

My fiancee and I went to LA's jewelery district one Saturday afternoon and were so overwhelmed by the process that we left shortly thereafter. Then, my fiancee decided to do some research and armed with some great reviews, we headed down to the diamond district again. Eli's Jewelry had some of the best reviews but was the last stop on our list. We walked in feeling intimidated and tired of seeing the same bridal sets over and over. Admittedly we were very skeptical and only planned to take a quick look and leave. We were greeted by the brothers and owners Eli Jr. and Raffi. They explained the process, listened to our wants and needs and within minutes were helping us to custom create a bridal set that was personalized and fit within our budget. My fiancee has been wearing her engagement ring for about a week now and gets non stop compliments on how beautiful, unique and flawless it is. I can't stress enough how happy we are that we discovered Eli's Jewelry. We are over the moon happy with the bridal set we purchased and we are looking forward to going back to design my wedding band. We feel we have found a jeweler for life in Eli's Jewelry and look forward to creating many more special pieces with them.

Beautiful Work From A Jewelry Genius!

I went to many jewelers and went through many websites, but Eli's by far exceeded my expectations! Price and quality cannot be beat. Eli even took the time to educate me on one of the biggest purchases of my life, and he was always willing to listen. There was no pressure to buy anything, and he didnt even want me to buy anything until I was completely sure and comfortable. I will never go anywhere else other than Eli's, and I will DEFINITELY be getting the wedding bands from him. All of Eli's products are incredibly beautiful and detailed. Their jewelry even puts Tiffany's to shame! Eli is one of the most honest men I know and I guarantee that you wont be disappointed with anything from Eli's.

Fall in love with Eli's

From the moment we walked into Eli's jewelry looking for bands the experience was unlike most jewelry stores. When first arriving they cut all the tension by asking the right questions to find the perfect ring for each of us. After a while, we were chatting like old friends and having a great time. Honestly, we had only looked in a couple other jewelry stores and I thought we had a lot more work to do. Eli's made made us feel so comfortable and all of their jewelry is not only high quality but also well crafted and very beautiful. Coupled with a wonderful selection we both found bands we feel fit our style perfectly for a fair price. When we went back to Eli's to pick up our wedding bands, we planned on just dropping by quickly but ended up staying for an hour talking about their custom jewelry and just having a lovely chat. I have always shied away from getting custom jewelry made because of quality and trust issues. Now I feel like next anniversary I can go to Eli's and if they don't have the perfect piece in stock I would trust them to make a custom piece for us. Wandering through the jewelry Mart and finding Eli's was a breath of fresh air because they have a passion for jewelry which shows in everything they do. Please, if you are planning on purchasing jewelry in the near future just stop by Eli's and look around...I am sure you will fall in love...Cheers!

Beautiful, beautful craftsmanship

Raffi is a genius. If you are thinking about proposing and want to be sure that you get your significant other the ring she absolutely wants, this is the place to go. I went to Eli's at the recommendation of a lifelong customer, and I have been overwhelmed by the excellence of this establishment. Raffi designed a beautiful engagement ring that far surpassed anything either my fiance or I could have imagined, and then he designed a beautiful wedding band for her that works as an amazing complement to the beautiful engagement ring. I cannot recommend Eli's enough.

A Great Experience! Excellent Quality! Fair Price!

We worked with Raffi (Eli's Son) to create a custom setting to reset my future wife's engagement ring and then created a custom matching wedding band. We could not be happier with the quality of the work. We love LOVE LOVE the rings! They charged a very FAIR price and again the craftmanship is EXCELLENT! What we really appreciate was that Raffi takes the time to really talk everything out and explains all of the options in detail so that you leave feeling extremely comfortable with your decisions.

We will buy ALL of our future jewelery from Eli's.
