Quality & Friendly Service. Affordable Price

After hearing a lot of praises from friends and relative, I decide to take my puppy there for the first time. I called ahead to schedule an appointment. Once I arrived, I waited for no more than a minute or two before seeing the doctor. Dr. Bang and his staffs are super friendly and all my questions were answered (first time puppy owner). The clinic is clean. The visiting fee is very reasonable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and delivered quality services.

The other reviews are correct. I decided to check out Gentle Care when our wonderful Dr Lisak (ABC Animal Hospital) became ill. Dr Bang is a compassionate vet. He treats my dogs with great care and to my surprise, he actually likes them. I have been to many vets in the area that treated my dogs like little walking money bags. Dr Bang is very affordable without sacrificing quality ( the last few places I have been were in the $65+ basic office visit range). One of the assistants is super nice and always pets and gives my dogs allergy free treats. The waiting area is very small, but I have never waited over 10 minutes to be seen.

I have taken my 3 dogs and numerous rescues to Dr. Bang for the past 12 years and I am so grateful to him and his staff for their loving care and more than fair prices. My 14 year old suffered from numerous ailments for over half of his life and Dr. Bang's care and knowledge was superior to the many overpriced specialists that we saw in search of the best care for him. If you value first-rate care but don't want to be scammed by unnecessary tests and costs, this is who you should trust your pets' precious lives with.

I have been bringing my pets to this vet for almost five years now and have always thought he was wonderful. He has treated my dogs with care, compassion and gentleness.
Recently, my poodle needed to be seen and the office was closed due to remodeling. I had the horrific experience of going to another vet (Banfield at PetSmart). I left there feeling disgusted and ripped-off.
I was reminded of how thankful we are to have Gentle Care Pet Clinic. There is no doubt that Dr. Bang's there for the animals - not the money! Many times he has told me that procedures were not necessary and given me a less expensive alternative to treatment. It gives me incredible peace of mind that he is truly providing the best possible care for my treasured "babies."
The staff is wonderful and caring and always take the time to talk to, pet and "treat" my dogs.
I have referred many friends, acquaintances and fellow pet lovers to this clinic and will continue to do so with great confidence!

Dr. Bang is FABULOUS he's NOT one of those creepy Vet's that's in Cahoots w/those overpriced clinics like the one in Tustin our previous Vet. was constantly pushing.$3,000.00 for TESTS!!!She was a horrible person and I'm quite sure kick-backs were involved. But I digress , this is about Dr. Bang and his wonderful staff If you have pets and aren't a millionaire you MUST GO TO DR.BANG DVM. Very fair ,doesn't make you feel like scum because you don't want to take a 2nd (or 3rd) on your home for ridiculous tests and WAY OVERPRICED Treatments

Doctor Bang is the greatest! My pets get quality care at affordable prices... He is an honest doctor and doesn't try to get you to buy services that you do not need!!! The staff is great also! I recommend Gentle Care Pet Clinic to anyone who is sick of overpaying and what's excellent and honest care!
Wish there were more vets like this one!!

What an honest vet Dr.Bang is. He will tell it like it is. No unnecessary tests to run up your vet bill. He will give you options and then let you decide how much you want to spend. I highly recommend Gentle Care Pet Clinic. Just like the olden days! Ahlea Armstrong, Long Beach

Absolutely love this place - we've been taking our 2 dogs here for 5 years. Dr. Bang is fantastic - if it wasn't for him, one of our dogs wouldn't be alive today. He saved our rescue pup from kennel cough and other ailments, when other vets would have certainly put him down. Great staff, and the rates are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Gentle Care for all pet owners!

This is a great place to take your animals. You can feel comfortable knowing that your pets will get the best care at an honest and fair price. There is no overselling just great care.
