Amazing salon in Long Beach

I rarely trust anyone with my hair. Janice was awesome. I got super cute style and amazing color. Janice was very helpful, friendly, professional, and creative. She was very clear about what she was about to do before she did anything and made sure we were on the same page about what we were envisioning. Affordable in comparison to other trendy full service salons. Cute shopping as well. I will definately be a returning customer and highly recommend this salon.

A little cramped...

I got some waxes done here. They were efficient and fine. The esthetician did a quick and relativelty painless job. The atmosphere of the salon is a little impersonal and crowded feeling and I waited 1/2 hour past my appointment time for my esthetician to get to me. That was alittle annoying since I had to get back to work and was late as a result. I'd go back, but not make an appointment too close to other committments

Awesome haircuts in Long Beach!

Blue and Christian are awesome. This was the best place I ever got a hair cut. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Totally sweet.

I've been going to this salon for a few years now and I love it every time I go. Chelsea is a great senior stylist. She is intuitive and has an eye for creativity. Every time I get a hair cut, people always compliment me on my hair. They offer refreshments as soon as you get there. Their scalp massages are to die for. If you're interested in going, make sure you book an apointment in advance. Parking is limited but you can find one near the place. Atlantic Studios is the best!

• Pros: The staff is great and always tries to cater to your needs. My stylist Chelsea is fabulous!
• Cons: The parking is bad; space is very limited.

Vanessa is talented

The salon has a nice atmosphere and offers a wide variety of services and products. Refreshments from next door's Portfolio Cafe are offered while you wait.

Vanessa is a great stylist, listens to what you want, and tells you what she's going to do before she does it. She's great at giving me layers that work for both retro/vintage 'dos and modern styles.

• Cons: Parking can be tight; need to book appt.s in advance

Pressure and High Prices! Eek!

Too much turnover. Could seldom stay with same stylist. Very dismissive behavior from anyone not my specific stylist. Pressured to buy product.
