Great Place!
by mishelley
This is a great restaurant! I come here all the time with my mom! It can get a bit noisy some nights though because it's also a bar. But if you do come here, you should definetely try the chocolate chip pizzokie. It is to die for!
- Pros: food, dessert, service
- Cons: environment
Good Beer Hunting Starts Here
by CSMobileUser
One of the first places I ventured away from macro brews and began my search for craft beers. The Pihrana Pale Ale andTatanka Stout are my favorites. As for food and service both can be sketchy at times.

by kentsprad
I was in arcadia in november 2008 for the Breeders cup championships Horse racing. was there for five days and ate at BJ's every night. the food was great the bar area was outstanding and the manager Jessica took great care of me and my buddy. it was a great time and hope to see all next year. Thanks jessica for everything you did for us.
- Pros: great place to hang out
Definitely worth trying!!

I love this place!! Buffalo wings for starters. Pizza and calzones are also my favorites. The Clam Chowder is my favorite soup there!! NEVER LEAVE W/OUT A PIZOOKI. Definitely try an oreo pizooki. Parking can be a problem on the weekends, and lunches, but other than that it's a great place. It's fun, and if you're into basketball/football games - there are huge TVs. Have fun eating!!
- Pros: Dessert, Ambience, Enjoy games on the TVs
- Cons: Lack parking on weekends/dinners.
A chain microbrewery satisfies with comfort-food classics and award-winning beers.

The Scene
BJ's boasts a trendy reclaimed-barn look with vaulted redwood beams. Eclectic touches abound; rococo mirrors sparkle against corrugated-iron walls and the odd chandelier sprouts absentmindedly amidst Art Deco lamps. The bar area boasts beer-label posters and the ubiquitous big-screen TV blaring the big game on ESPN.
The Food
The extensive, carbo-loaded menu is perfect for buffering those home brews. The bruschetta, loaded with tomatoes, is a favorite and the minestrone is stew-thick with a hint of oregano. The fish and chips gives mixed results: wedge-cut fries are seasoned and crispy; but the doughy, Blonde Ale-battered cod flounders without its tartar sauce. The pizzas are deep-dish, robust pies; the Spinach & Artichoke is lusciously creamy--a perfect yin-yang experience when split with spicy blackened chicken in an Alfredo sauce. For dessert, try a deep-dish Pizookie. The massive white-chocolate cookie comes studded with macadamias and topped with vanilla bean ice cream. BJ's home-brewed root beer float makes for another sweet ending.
Good Pizza

I love BJ's it is one of my favorite places to eat. They have really good bbq chicken pizza. They have a good selection of beer and a wide variety of food to choose from on their menu.
Great Place to go with a group...
by katz_in_town
It's a totally fun atmosphere, great for a b-day dinner or special occassion with a group. The food is pretty good, espeicially the pizza choices but to be honest, all that really matters are the PIZOOKIES and all the BEER.
All in all, it is my favorite of all the large chain restaurants like it (Ex. TGIFs, Red Robin, AppleBees, etc...)
- Pros: Beer Selection, Pizookies
Impressed
by workingaddie
I visited the BJ's in West Covina, and was impressed with their pizza. It had the perfect combination of ingredients, not to mention that is wasn't super greasy...as most pizzas tend to be. The atmosphere is fun, fun, fun. They play music for you to enjoy while you eat.
Good friends and a bottle of beer
by dussellrott
This is a real nice place to hang out and pound a few pints. Very open, friendly, and college-like atmosphere in here. So grab a friend, grab a brew, then grab a bite. And try the Tatonka Stout if you like 'em strong.
Burbank BJ's is better
by izelmorena
Happy hours at all BJ's are really good. Drinks are 2-3 dollars cheaper, and they reduce the price of their appetizers another $2. Which makes BJ's a great place to hang out after work. Though I must say that I found the service to be WAY more friendly at the BJ's in Burbank. Not that this one is bad. It's just much more fun at the Burbank location than the one in Monrovia. Try both and see for yourself.
- Pros: It's a BJ's
- Cons: Slower Service, Ambience
