Could not recommend more highly

I had an excellent experience working with Ari at Single Stone to create the ring I wanted to give. I am flush with cynicism and skepticism when it comes to purchases like this -- and before working with Ari I had resigned myself to having the process of buying a ring be uncomfortably similar to the process of buying a used car.

A friend referred me to Single Stone and they did not disappoint. Ari was up front about everything, answered any and all questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable trusting him to deliver exactly what I wanted. He did that and more. The ring he crafted is quite stunning, and my fiance gets compliments on it wherever she goes. And, importantly to me, I feel like I got the best ring I could possibly expect for my money, and I never worried about communication, delivery, or any other issues, because Ari delivered as promised or better on all counts.

If you are in the market for an engagement ring -- and especially if you are generally skeptical and distrusting of most run-of-the-mill jewelers, check out Single Stone. You will not be disappointed.

A great experience

I visited about a dozen highly reccomended stores in the downtown LA and the westside, including some of the very high end establishments. I have to say that SS earned my business for an engagement ring by providing great customer service, great choice of rings and a very nice environment. I visited them 3 times in the process and they were always very friendly and genuine. As a guy, I was not sure of how scary this process would be. Well, thanks to Ari and Patti, it was one of the best large purchase experiences I have had. I had read many great things about them and I would have to agree with the high marks for this place.

Great vintage engagement ring selecion

Our search for "the ring" ended when we found Single Stone. The selection of truly unique pieces made it very difficult to choose just one ring. The staff (Patti and Ari) are very knowledgable and patient. The showroom and pieces were by far the nicest we visited during our 4 month search. I would reccomend making an appointment if you plan on visiting them on Saturdays, since they get pretty busy.

Most of the places we visited seemed to lack any sort of uniqueness in their pieces. After a while all the pieces we were looking at started to look the same.

SIngle Stone has vintage pieces as well as their own designs that they make using antique diamonds. How cool is it knowing that my stone has nothing to do with the Blood Diamonds?

Best of all our ring ended up costing less than we had in mind.

I love this ring shop; I can defiantly see my future ring coming from this shop. Their antique jewelry is exquisite. I’m the type of girl who always wants something that no one else has and I can get it here.

Delighted and Impressed!

I can't imagine finding a ring better suited to my taste or more beautiful than the one Single Stone made for me. Not only am I delighted with the final product but was also very impressed with their service. Their expert guidance made the process go very smoothly, making it easy for me to work with them from a remote location. As I had heard from my friend who recommended them to me, their jewelers were very experienced, had exceptional taste and were dedicated to selling only high quality jewelry. I also appreciated that they listened to what I wanted and helped me create it within my budget. I would recommend them unconditionally and will certainly work with them again in the future.
