Worst customer service ever

Please Please dont have your wedding hear. You will save yourself alot of heartach and tears having to deal with Audrey. We had a contract and said she that they wouldnt keep the $ amount of what was quoted for my wedding but they had to take some stuff out. Some stuff meant my honeymoon suite, ice scuplture, flower centerpieces, the cake i requested, and the wedding ceremony. All i was getting in the end was a $7200 dinner with fancy chair covers. Thats not what i signed up for. I went through hell with this lady. Barely now at the end of april she wants to honor the original contract. I've already wiped my tears and moved on. I found another location because of what she put me through and now wont give me back my deposit. I could never and would never recommend this place. How do you expect to get business if your mess with your brides and their emotions. A wedding is a once in a lifetime and very expensive thing for most, and for them to treat me and like they did. I thought my wedding was over, thats it start all over and have to replan and purchase new things and then she turns around after a few months and says "ok well give you your contract". I'm sorry, i dont want your help if thats how you treat people. I cant afford to have this lady ruin my wedding because of her lack of experince and professionalism. PLEASE AS GOOD AS IT SOUNDS DONT DO YOUR WEDDING HERE. EVERY BRIDE DESERVES THE BEST AND THIS PLACE DOESNT GIVE YOU THAT.

Can't wait to plan my baby shower now!

I was just married, and had my reception here. It was just like the wedding I have pictured in my dreams! Audrey was sooo on top of her game. She was so kind, organized and was the best. She made everything so afordable for my husband and I, espically with the economy the way it is. My cake was so pretty and delicious! The food was AMAZING! Now we're expecting our first baby, and I can't wait to plan my baby shower with Audrey. Audrey and her staff are great people. They truely are great at what they do =)

WORST PLACE EVER, THINK TWICE ABOUT DOING ANYTHING AT SANTA ANITA BANQUETS / B.A.G CORP.

Save your time and money by not even thinking about this location for any special occasion, I signed a contract for my wedding of 300 ppl and this place cannot even accommodate 200 ppl much less 300 ppl. AUDREY and everyone that works there are all RELATED and make you think they are bending over backwards for you because they're doing what they promised when you signed the contract but have an ugly attitude when they're actually doing it. HORRIBLE! We crammed 300 ppl in that small outside/inside facility. To start off they dropped my 5 tier wedding cake and took it upon themselves to purchased 3 9" round cakes and turned around and charged us $150 for it , since one of my quests heard the drama they took it upon themselves to pay for the cake. (Without us knowing) I signed a contract from 5p.m.- 12 a.m. and they called the cops on us twice to turn off our music, so we stopped the party and turned the speakers inside. the cops were called again and they told us that noise is still to loud, but since they do not have a permit the front desk ends up calling the cops because "they can" and since they are "different" than the banquet hall yet connected through the same lobby entrance. (doesn't make sense) They stopped my party at 10 p.m. and told us to leave, yes! That?s right, stop the party because we weren?t allowed have music past 10 p.m. even though we signed a contract until 12 p.m. We pre-paid $3 for our guests to have unlimited soft drinks and there version of that was putting 2 liter soda bottles on the bar counter and ppl serving themselves, which I paid a bartender fee of $300. So to say the least they RIPPED US OFF and cashed my security deposit check of $300 because they smelled liquor outside in the parking lot. They also have ppl as long term residence at the hotel and they crashed my party at our food and enjoyed my drinks that we pre-paid for. All of this I never new until the week before the wedding.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
