Good food bad service is right!

I have to agree. The food is good, but the service is horrible. You have to wait so long for refills and if you have a question or need something, better to stand up for the waitress to actually come over.. Seems like they don't even care or maybe just always understaffed..

GREAT food . . . BAD service

The food tasted great, but the portions are somewhat on the small side. Now, I don't ask for much and am mostly content with what I have and try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the woman serving my table was horrible. She always had a scowel on her face, constantly ignored my table, and it seemed she serviced tables better if she thought she was going to be tipped well, which really is a pitty, because I have been known to tip up to 30% based soley on service. (It also shows how one should never judge a book by its cover). I think I can say I get better service at the DMV!! In any case, the atmoshphere was cozy and I still marvel at how they managed to fit all those tables in there. I do recomend trying the food, because it is delicious, but only if you have a few (9-12) extra bucks to drop for small portions and bad service.

It use to be good

been a while since I've been to Min's. Went 9/13. Use to love it. Now, it's average. Portions are cut in half. I had to get my own napkins. Service was poor and we were the only ones there at the time. I make Pad Thai at home and mine is better. So disappointed Not worth the price $$
