Sticking to the Sierra Madre small town decor, the owners of Bean Town, Tom and Sue, have created a home away from home for many of the regulars. Its a great place if you want to get away from the 'cookie-cutter' Starbucks and still enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee. Tuesday nights offer an open mic night where the major is known to get on stage with his guitar and anytime the blues musician 'Fat-Back' is in town it's sure to be a good show.

I love this place because it is so spacious and has a friendly vibe to it. compared to other coffee shops, they give you plenty of room to work with if you want to study or just read. They have a great selection of drinks, some of which are very unique. It's just a fun great place to hang out or study.

I've had coffee night a few times here with my girlfriends. it's a nice place with yummy treats and good drinks. It's nicely situated in downtown Monrovia with lots of parking available.
