I've received my fair share of good cuts here. Seems the same to me as the ones I have paid twice as much for. My hair might not smell as expensive, but that's why I wear expensive smelling deoderant. Hair shampoo costs 4 dollars more, so I just wash my hair for the cost of shampoo at home and go in and save the cash. Heck, I earn 7 dollars and hour, so I would have to work over half an hour just to have someone shampoo my hair.

Decent cheap haircuts.

Get a decent haircut for $13. About half of the stylists are have been there for several years - it's random whether you get a good one or not, but once you do find one you like, you can ask for them by name when you come back again. I'd guess there are a good 5-6 that I like, so it's never a problem getting a good simple haircut (I have short guy's hair).

• Pros: Inexpensive, Can ask for stylist
• Cons: Long waits sometimes, No appointments
