I remember my first experience here years ago when they were on Union. The owner followed my friend and I around the store like we were going to steal something. Years later I gave them another try, this time the owner was cocky and the kids he hired were friendly. Went there last weekend, owner wasnt there, staff was great. The used games are great deals, new stuff is not too competitively priced. All in all I feel they are getting better. One thing to note is that they are mostly a game store.
Pros: friendly staff, no sale pitches, good music played
Cons: cocky owner, new game prices

The newset PC games are installed on three computers to try out and play. Good overall selection, competitve pricing and the option to rent used games / DVDs makes this place a nice alternative to chain stores.
