Great experience with a caring family business

What an amazing family business!

I came in to potentially upgrade the sapphire stone in my engagement ring, and was really apprehensive about trusting someone downtown.

Not only was i put entirely at ease, but my new stone is breathtaking! I haven't been able to take my eyes off it!

The whole family (Mom, Dad, and Peter, their very informed son), helped ease me out of my nervousness, and they spent so much time with me, not to mention the fact that I got a GREAT deal.

WONDERFUL experience, and they have my business for life.

Jerry and his staff are the most helpful when choosing that special ring.

I recently went to his shop looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and Jerry and his staff did their very best to help me find the right ring. Seriously, I never got better service than what I got here. It was like being with family.

I Love INTA Gems!

I'm so glad we decided to stop by INTA Gems. My fiance and I had shopped at 2 other jewelry stores for wedding bands and I just couldn't find something that matched my engagement ring well until we shopped at INTA Gems. I ended up finding a beautiful bridal set that I fell in love with --which worked out better, because I upgraded my solitaire engagement ring! The rings were perfect, the price was perfect and best of all--the service was perfect. Everyone was so helpful, but Jerry and Erica really made it such a pleasant experience for us. My fiance even was able to find his wedding band with them too. We are absolutely happy with our rings and happy with the service. I was so happy with them we came back to purchase a gemstone two days later!

I have been shopping around for months for an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 11 years. I was introduced to Peter and his family through a very close friend/family member. Peter, Jerry and Jossi (along with others) helped me hand pick a loose diamond and then assisted me with a beautiful timeless setting. Inta Gems provided me with excellent customer service, amazing detailed craftsmanship (my ring was custom made), and an overall exceptional experience. I was immediately impressed with Inta Gems for several reasons: they had a very good selection of stones and settings in stock for my fiance and I to look at, the staff was extremely professional and helpful, and Peter, especially, was extremely receptive to our needs and specifications when we showed him what kind of ring we wanted to have custom made. He immediately provided us a very reasonable quote and gave us a timeframe in which to expect each part of the ringmaking process to be complete.

From start to finish, Peter really impressed us!

He emailed us with updates consistently, provided feedback and answered all of our questions via email and telephone almost immediately, and was able to deliver a beautiful handcrafted engagement ring in record time.

My fiancé and I were in love with the ring. Everyone who has seen the ring tells us how beautiful it is and how unique the antique etching is with the pave setting.

We had a seamless experience, Peter was amazing to work with and knew what we were looking for in the finished product really without us even having to tell him, he is excellent at the design process, everything was to scale and the ring is perfect! We would recommend working with Inta Gems to anyone because we had such an amazing experience and we have no doubt that we will continue to be impressed with Inta Gems and will be glad to work with them in years to come for all of our future special occasions!

I recently went in with my husband to upgrade my original wedding ring with a new settling. I was plesantly surprised to find a large selection of unique and vintage ring settings. The prices were amazing the help was fabulous.I would definitely recommend Inta Gems to anyone that is looking for that very special piece of jewerly.

Quality of service is 'Diamond Class'!

We are from New Zealand and before heading out to LA, my wife researched the best place to buy diamond errings. We were drawn to Inta Gems due to the very good testimonials written about them. We were not disappointed. Upon our arrival in LA, we proceeded straight to Inta Gems and bought a wonderful set of high quality diamond stones at a very reasonable price. The errings were ready for pickup the following day and they fit perfectly. We also ended up buying South Sea Pearl pendant and a matching chain. Peter was very helpful, friendly and professional the whole time and we received a very warm welcome from his dad Gerry. We felt that we walked in as customers and left their store as friends. It did not occur to us to look at other stores in the Jewellery District. We will definitely visit Inta Gems everytime we are in LA.

Long Version: I just came back for my second purchase in two years, and the experience here was just as great as it was before, if not better! I came in with a very specific request and they didn't have an exact match for what I wanted. It didn't matter; they immediately sent one of their employees out and came back within minutes with exactly what I was looking for, which I though would be impossible. They then had the gems put into settings and I was out the door in an hour. An hour! And, with a very fair price. Plus, while I was waiting, they gave me tasty cookies and candy treats. Seriously, where else can you have an experience like this? I highly recommend Inta Gems, Diamonds & Jewelry. Check'em out!
