Thanks God I Had A Very Good Experience With IBEX!

Yes, Ibex came through, I loved the whole experience.

Before I started looking for my gown I checked few of the bridal salons' websites. Then I looked at their reviews. Yes I very nervous. Finally my aunt recommended that I should visit IBEX. I went down with my maid of honor. We were both so impressed with their collection that decided to do the order the same day.

The sales lady was excellent, helped me in every way possible with all the details.

Now I am in my honeymoon and still remember how great I looked at the wedding night.

Best Bridal Store!

I had a fantastic experience at IBEX. I was amazed with the huge selection of gorgeous and high quality gowns.

The saleslady was very friendly, cooperative and professional. I found my perfect gown at the very first visit!

I would highly recommend IBEX to all my friends!

Great customer service!!!!

I was so horrified to see the poor reviews of IBEX. I want to tell you about my experience with them.

I was an excited Bride-to-be when I went in to the downtown store, where I was expertly assisted by Narra. She guided my in all ways in choosing a gown that perfectly complimented my somewhat imperfect proportions, and I placed my order with confidence.

Nara called me when my dress came in, and I went in to collect it, exactly as promised. I was extatic! It was everything I had imagined, and more.

My wedding day dawned on June 14th, 2009, and I felt like a princess!!! Thank you to Narra and IBEX.

I recommended the shop to my friend, who alerted me to the negative reviews, and I felt I needed to make my experience public, so that people will know that my experience was really terrific!

Highly recommend!

I went to IBEX 4 months ago to shop for my wedding gown. I was very nervous because I had read few disturbing reviews about them. My friend, who is a newlywed, recommended strongly for me to visit this salon. I had shopped around before, the selection & prices are absolutely great. I love my gown and the seamstress did a good job for alterations. I asked the manager about the different reviews they have on this website, he responded that business is very competitive & unfortunately there are few unethical retailers out there who would try to take advantage of these web sites & try to prevent the competition from getting more business.

All and all I loved the whole experience at IBEX. I guarantee not only you will save money; you would get the best professional advice.

• Cons: Too busy on Saturday, go during the week

Shopping at Ibex was a great experience!

I loved the service, prices and the merchandise!

The sales lady was very nice and helpful. They gave me additional discounts for my bridesmaids dresses. All the dresses were ordered and all of them arrived much earlier than promised.

I would recommend Ibex to all my friends!

You'll Love It!!!

I had only two months left to my wedding and I could not find a gown that I would really love. I checked out some stores, but they did not carry any quality dresses. I searched for designer gowns in Los Angeles in the internet and saw all these reviews. I ignored all what people wrote about Ibex since I did not have much time left and that was my luck!!! I bought my dream gown from Ibex! I am so happy with the service and the prices!

Th best place to shop for wedding gowns!

I ordered my gown from Ibex a week ago. I did love the service, the salesperson I worked with was very helpful and she did make me feel like a very special customer. I'll give them four stars instead of five just because they do not have a parking.

The store is beautiful, has a huge selection of wedding gowns and the prices are just great!

One Fantastic Experience!

Drive down to Downtown, LA and save a fortune! You can not imagine the variety. Talk about designer brands and coture collections. When you walk in it is rather overwhelming but with the way they approach you and discuss everything in detail you will calm down. Do yourself a favor and don't be fooled by fancy locations at the other end of the town.

IBEX is great!!!

I have just returned from my honeymoon. I must let everyone know getting my gown from IBEX was just a great experience altogether. I could not help noticing all the nonsence voiced by previous bride. The salon looks clean and very well lighted. The help is very attentive and I recommend this place to everyone. I say this with all honesty for a picky person as I am it must mean a lot.

IBEX (LIARS - CROOKS) they post ALL the good reviews

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS. They (IBEX) are posting the good reviews themselves. Trust me - they monitor these sites daily and for every bad review they put up a good one. These folks are CROOKS and lie about the designers they sell. If you go to this store - REMEMBER "LA ROUGE" DOES NOT EXIST. AND THERE IS NO SALE ENDING "TODAY". The prices are doubled and they make you believe you're getting a deal. The only deal you're getting is a bad one. GO TO A REPUTABLE STORE.
