Is this the same store? Everyone on this site is raving about this store. Well, don't waste your time. The staff is not knowledgeable and they have poor customer service. I tried to exchange hair clips for a different kind and they refused. The clips were not used and I had extenuating circumstances which prevented me from returning the clips right away. I was honest about all of this. By the way, we are talking about $5. They made no exception. I felt that my situation was exceptional. At this store, The customer is NEVER right. The store might be big and carry lots of merchandise, but be very sure before you pay for anything. Once they have your money, it seems like ALL sales are final. My mother and I were regular customers even though I never liked their customer service. Well never again... And I will tell EVERYONE I know not to shop there...EVER!

they have everything you need and they are really helpfull~ They really do have alot to chose from for skin, hair and nails! The girls that work there always answer all my questions for me :)
