Their pricing is definitely competitive, but they subcontract the work to various crews, making for a crap shoot. The crew we wound up with was unreliable, and did average work in laying our wood flooring. They didn't show up when they said they would, no phone call, nothing. We'd then have to track down our Jeff's rep to track the crew down. We'd get conflicting information from our rep vs. the crew's.....overall tedious.
Pros: competitive pricing
Cons: unreliable service
