Great Vet

I saw Dr Reimer, and he was wonderful. The office was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I have never had such attentive service before. They gave me 1/2 hour for my new pupy exam so I wouldn't be rushed, and they didn't even charge extra for the time. I only waited about 5 minutes to see the doctor even though I was 10 minutes late arriving for my appointment!! I got to ask about each vaccine and side effects. Dr Reimer was very informative. It really was a nice experience.

Wow- what a great group of veterinarians

An absolutely wonderful hospital. The staff was very friendly, and the doctors are all extremely knowledgeable. I had been to 3 other vets before them, and found Adler Vet Group to be the best. I saw Dr Walters and then Dr Reimer. Wow...what a great experience. They saved my cat with an accurate diagnosis and treatment!!! I am a client for LIFE.

NO never again

It starts off with a phone call . and it was not good. The receptionist were rood, and snotty. The technicians were okay. . .OMG but the wait and the Retarded answers i got for my questions. I spent $400 and never again are they getting a dime from me again. I just cant imagine taking my dog their again,

only see Ted or Craig Adler. everyone else is a phony.

Staff is slow and brief. Craig and Ted Adler are amazing. They are the only vets i will see. However, Dr. Epstein should have his license revoked. He treated my cats poorly and was incredibly rude. He has a staff member hold your pet instead of him because animals sense his evil.

Dr. Epstein helped my kitty Precious

I had a pretty awful experience with the first vet that I took Precoius to that day in Burbank, but then my friend sent me to North Hills where Precious met Dr. Epstein.

Dr. Epstein was wonderful. He had my cat eating again before we left the office and had the blood tests back to me by the next morning along with pills to stimulate her appetite and antibiotics to clean out whatever infection was in her system. She is now back to a healthy 9 ish pounds and eating on her own without the pills. I think I'm going to send him a cookie basket to say thank you!

• Cons: Drive(But Worth It)
