Oh, I gotta keep this to only 2000 characters?! Jeepers. It's my first visit here. I want to comment on the lousy service I received from SHOWCASE AUCTION TV. I bought a painting. I called their service department, provided my cc numbers and paid for it. Weeks passed, nothing received. Finally, I wrote them several emails, and about a week later someone, Patrick, responded, write me it will be delivered on my doorstep next Monday. Monday comes and goes, Tues, Wed, nothing yet. I write another email, Patrick apologizes and writes me, "sorry, for the inconvenience", your painting is on its way, will arrive on Monday. Next Mon, which is now two weeks later, nothing again, same for Tues thru Thur, I write again and this time Taylor apologizes to me, and said she would see to it that I received TRACKING#, and it would arrive next week via DHL Delivery service. Same thing as before, nothing delivered! I send emails, asking what happened, but this time, no-one responds, so I go online, and find ACCOUNT SUSPENDED, no explanations emailed to me, nothing, and to make this more absurd, no phone number was provided to call, either! Is this outfit truly legit, or not?! People want to know. Every time I watched it, numbers of callers were apparently harassing the hawkers of paintings and expensive serigraphs, etc. I wondered, "why would there be so many irate callers?" Perhaps I now have my answer?! Is it that this company truly does not provide any real "customer service"? Why did they keep telling me my painting would be delivered, and then about seven weeks later, when I attempted to alert them again of non-delivery, they simply ACCOUNT SUSPENDED on me?! Thus, causing me further inconvenience to call them to get more mumbo-jumbo as to why they could not make good on their previous emailed promises to me? Just RCVD notice late hoy, painting to be DLVRD Tue Mar11; and it was a case of ALL customer's having ACCNT SUSPENDED, not just mine, I learned later today.

Pros: "Customer Service": Requires some work, new methods of contacting customers.

Cons: Be patient! Maybe frustrating at times.
