horrible customer service

There seems to be a decent selection of merchandise, but the customer service couldn't have been worse. I went in one evening evidently perilously close to closing time, and was practically chased out of the store by two men clad from head to two in western apparel.
When I returned a day or so later to exchange the jeans I purchased for a different size, I was again treated rudely. One of the same men begrudgingly helped me find the size I needed, and then snipped that I should make sure I had the right size this time because I couldn't just keep coming back to return them.
For the record, that was the second time in my life that I had ever been in that store. Needless to say, I won't be giving them any more business.

Nice folk, great source for Western gear

It was a slow day when I walked into the store. A young man immediately offered to help me, and showed me the various shirts that I casually inquired about. The owner gave me some info about re-sealing my Austrailan Outback duster and showed me a can of product that would do the job, and told me that they could stretch the hat I had that had always been a little too tight. They were friendly and professional -- I really don't understand what might have happened with the prior poster who complained about customer service, my experience was toatally different.

Great selection - unique store!

If you are in search of a unique western outfit, or pair of cool boots - this is the store to find it. As you walk in, they have a HUGE boot department - with a lot of unique designs and skins. The guys on the floor really know their stuff and helped me find an awesome pair of boots. These boots are cool - perfect to wear to any bar or club in LA... I can tell this is a high-end store because of the brands they carry - Lucchese, Tony Lama, and others that I've read up on. I even topped off my new boots with a belt, and western shirt.
Totally worth a visit, I'll be back!
