RIP

Just like everything else that is good in L.A., this place closed down and was "replaced" by a souless, commercialized, piece of trash establishment for emo-f@gs (Pinkberry). That is one less hot dog joint in America and one more strike against culture. I hope The Weiner Factory resurfaces in another location. It's a sad day when quality, hole in the wall restaurants are replaced by abominations like Starsucks (easily some of the poorest quality espresso I've ever had) and Pinkfairy.

Awesome Chili Dogs

I thought i like the chili dogs from Tommy's...i was wrong. This place makes a killer chili dog. I'm glad my buddy took me here. The place is small but hey, good food comes from a hole-in-wall restaraunts. If you are around the Van Nuys / Sherman Oaks area, stop buy for a hot dog and see for yourself how good it is.

• Pros: They have some unique hot dogs you can't find anywhere else
• Cons: Small place, but good.

The Spicy Polish Dog is the best. I've been eating at this joint for more than 20 years.

If you like spicy, try the spicy polish dog with chili, cheese & onions! The place doesn't look like much from the outside. Don't be fooled or put off, the dogs are the best!!!

If you're looking for atmosphere go somewhere else. If you want the best dogs in town, you got the right place

Best Chilli Dog in Town

If you want a hot dog this is the place to go. The chilli dog is my favortie. Not greasy at all. They offer 3 types of hot dogs, all beef, turkey or veggie. You can get your hot dog with any topping you can think of. The also have air fries which are not too bad. Must try! You will not be disappointed.

Disappointed

After enjoying the WF for a number of years and always thinking it's the best, it now disappoints. The wonderful "custom-made" hotdog they've alway featured has changed; not for the better.

They are now using a common commercial Sabrett hotdog for their regular dog.

The Polish sausage and other items seem to have remained the same; the wonderful regular dog now is gone. I guess hotdog heaven.

• Pros: inexpensive, easy parking, good service
• Cons: not the same

Great Place

The best hot dogs in the state. Fast & friendly service always. But the prices are abit too high for a hot dog.
