ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR $$$$$

I have been taking my golden puppy for shots .... he needed 1 more visit for a shot and de worming....

they sent me a coupon for a free shot ....

went to vet for his last shot and a deworming which had cost $12 in past visits.

I gave them my coupon, thinking all I would owe was $12

They handed me a bill for $45.... I asked them why so much, they said my puppies weight increase was reason. they got rude when I said it seemed outrages.

I got home and called every vet on Ventura Blvd from Studio City - this vet.

I gave them the weight of my puppy and asked how much for a de worming .... every place I called quoted me $12 .... I asked why I would be charged $45.... they said maybe they gave him a pill, which cost more. They said pill unnessescary ...... I GOT RIPPED OFF!!!!

They figured since I had a coupon for a free shot, they would make it up else where .....

this place lacks INTEGRITY!!!!!

Only care about your pocket book ..... STAY AWAY!!!!!

Cares for pets, but not your wallet

While staff was caring of pet, they were not forthcoming with costs of procedures. After seeing bill and questioning charges (We had over $1K in costs for an overnight examination.), we were told that "others do not seem to find the costs a problem." We wanted our vet to at least fully disclose costs and work with us. The customer service regarding verification of charges was rude, condescending and just plain unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

• Cons: disrespectul veterinarian, unhelpful staff
