Great talent! Big names

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of comedians. I went on a Monday night, Damon Wayans popped in and did killer set. I went back on Saturday and saw Carlos Mencia. It was a great time, all my friends had a blast!
Gotta Try Ha Ha Cafe!!

I love this place. Ha Ha Cafe runs twice on Friday and Saturday nights with their all-star line up. If you're into going out on a Saturday nigh but not to a club, this is a great place. If you sit in the front Comedians will roast you, also if you sit on the Center. Service gets delayed a bit when you order drinks, but I assume because there is not that many servers. The security guards are nice too, no problems. The crowd is an excellent crowd very diverse and friendly, sometimes you usually make buddies with strangers while you're there laughing because they remember you getting roasted. I had a blast here and now I am a regular here.
- Pros: Comedians, Cover Charge
- Cons: Drink Prices
AVOID FRONT ROW SEATS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ROASTED

Upon arriving I was very excited about the show and food. I had a friend tell me that it was really fun. I got there before my friends did, and I ordered some food and a drink from the bar and the waitress/bartender gave me the worst attitude. I have been in the food industry before and know how difficutl it is sometimes waiting tables, but this was ridiculous. She even had the audacity to say something and treat my friends the same way...! The comedians were pretty good, but very long... There was probably 15 different acts, and I'd say 3 or 4 were good. They had one guy who had gone through a stroke, and he couldn't remember his own jokes...I might give this place a 2nd try if my friends decided to go back (not likely), but the attitude from the staff needs to be seriously evaluated... I'd stick to comedy clubs in Hollywood...

In Short
NoHo's premiere humor spot began as a restaurant in 1988, but was revamped for comedy ten years later. Rock-and-roll memorabilia decorates the room where raw, relatively new talent tries to get laughs. Touring A-listers poke their heads in from time to time, but it's the weekly theme nights like "Soul Phunny: and Saturday's Latino night that keep the regulars coming.
Awsome

I have visited on Saturdays and it is an extremely fun way to spend a Saturday night. The food is standard and the drinks are ok, but the comedy is outstanding. But like in most comedy clubs stay away from the front seats if you don't have thick skin or if you are very sensitive.
- Pros: Cozy

I've gone on Sunday's and the show is AWESOME! It's called "Stress Free Sunday's" and that it is. A cozy room, perfect drinks, and the food is good.
The show includes a host and her band. Their talent is amazing and so is her voice. There were some new and up coming singers that sang too. That's for and hour or so. It's followed by endless hilarious comedy acts. Lots of faces from movies and BET'S Comic View. I was full and satisfied. Rare. A great way to end your week and a great way to start your week.
