WORST COSTUMER EXPERIENCE!

I just had one of the worst consumer experiences. I have been going to this car wash for years. The guys that clean the car are always friendly and trustworthy. However, the cashiers / owners have always been very rude. Not people persons, but I figure since I only have to deal with them when I pay, then ok. Well, today I took my car in and decided to do the more expensive wash that included 2 "waxes". The wax comes out of spray nozzles over the car. I watched the car go through and the "waxes" didn't light up and nothing sprayed on my car. When I went back to tell the rude prune that my car didn't get what I paid for she looked at my like I was crazy and huffed because now she had to tell the guys to run it thru again. I went back to watch my car go through again and WOW, it only sprayed one of the two waxes that I paid for. So, I went back to Miss Personality and she told me "No one else has had this problem today!" Which is basically calling me a liar. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner, she showed me some business cards and told me to call that number and "leave her alone". I called the number and lo and behold, the phone rang in the office and it was her on the answering machine. Like that message is ever gonna get to anyone. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CAR WASH! They are RUDE, DISTASTFUL PIGS who steal hard working peoples money. If you do go to this car wash WATCH YOUR CAR GO THROUGH....don't just walk to the end. You may not get what you are paying for! It stiil would be better if you didn't even go to this RIP OFF establishment.

I use this place all of the time. The guys do a great job on drying the car and are always professional and friendly. It is one of the few car washes where you seem the same staff for years.

I had a great experience at this car wash and will continue to do business with them until i can find a better one.I have gone to every car wash in my area and this one does the best professional car wash of them all.

I find them to be rude and my car wasn't that clean. They did not wipe the dust off the dast one time. I have been going there for over 3 years and noticed that the service has gone down hill. Oh, and don't loose your little white receipt...major attitude, even after explaining the situation. The price is good on the special days...but hey, I guess you get what you pay for! It's time to find another car wash.

But efficient and thorough. Studio people must go here on their way home or out for the evening. It's always hopping. Convenient to Warner Bros., NBC, Disney, and the freeways.
